Donations:

SHALON Foundation considers all donations to be unrestricted gifts unless otherwise specified by the donor at the time of the donation. This means that your donation will be used where it is needed most to support our overall programs and services.

Refunds:

• General Donations: We generally do not offer refunds for unrestricted donations. However, if you have made an error in your donation or have exceptional circumstances, please contact us at contact@shalonfoundation.in within 14 days of your donation and we will review your request.

• Specific Project Donations: If you have made a donation designated for a specific project or campaign and that project is cancelled or significantly altered, we will contact you to discuss your preference for either a refund or redirecting your donation to another project.

Processing Time:

If a refund is approved, it may take up to 30 days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method.

Tax Deductibility:

In India, donations to SHALON Foundation are eligible for tax deductions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Please consult with your tax advisor for further information.
